defence kick regardless of flexibility. Here lady member takes
out knee joint with a swift kick to the joint.

kick is also used for long range defence - Here lady member
snaps side kick to the rids and stomach areas of her attacker
- in the street wearing shoes /heels this is a very destructive
technique.
